In a frying pan, melt the butter and fry the crushed garlic in it for around 30 seconds.
1 tablespoon Butter, 2 cloves Garlic
Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper and put it into the frying pan over the rest of the ingredients.
Salt, Black Pepper, 18 oz Chicken Breast
Fry it for about 2-3 minutes on each side on medium-high heat until it will get a nice golden color.
Add the ala king sauce over chicken fillets and mix well until the meat will be covered by the sauce. Cover with a lid and let it simmer for about 30 minutes on low heat.
2 cups A la King Sauce
In the end, add the spinach, and mix it until it will soften. It should take about 5 minutes.
4 oz Spinach
After the spinach has softened, the Chicken fillet ala king is ready to be served!

Notes
Ensure not to overcook the spinach and chicken breast.
